The CCSA - Cyber Conflict Studies Association is a non-profit entity for the promotion of research in the cyber conflict field. The CCSA is sponsored by Norwich University. http://www.cyberconflict.org/about.asp  Some publications are available online. Let's notice the permanent call for papers : the year 2008 is dedicated to deterrence.

La CSSA es una organizacion cuya principal actividad es la promocion de las investigaciones cientificas sobre los cyber conflictos. Algunas publicaciones estan propuestas en el sitio web de la CSSA y autores estan invitados à proponer articulos/estudios (en ingles).
