Guerre de l'information - Information Warfare -

Tensions are escalating in Belgrade after Kosovo declared independence from Serbia: street protests, hundreds of people injured, the United States Embassy, as well as the embassies of Slovenia and Brazil have been damaged.Washington, Brussels, UNO, all condemn the violence. Tensions between two communities, riots, political confrontations, will probably find in cyberspace a new area of conflict. Very soon, in the next few days, “hactivists” will fight in cyberspace. And several countries will be targeted by new cyber attacks: the United States, European countries, Russia, etc. Tensions à riots in the streets à political/diplomatic tensions, international crisis à action of the “hacktivists” à action of hackers à several victims through the internet. Such could be the process in the next few days.

Suite à la déclaration d'indépendance du Kosovo des émeutes se sont déclarées à Belgrade. Washington, Bruxelles, l'ONU condamnent les violences. Les Etats-Unis sont pris pour cible par les émeutiers. La déclaration d'indépendance du Kosovo est l'étincelle qui a de nouveau fait exploser les tensions avec la communauté serbe. Tous les éléments sont réunis pour que ces émeutes, ces tensions, ces affrontements politiques trouvent leur prolongement dans le cyber-espace. Dans un premier temps des "hacktivistes" s'en prendront aux intérêts occidentaux, opposeront les pro-Serbie et les pro-Kosovo, et l'on parlera probablement de nouveau dans les prochains jours de nouvelles vagues d'agressions dans le cyber-espace. Rappelons-nous l'Estonie en avril 2007 : tensions, émeutes, cyber attaques. Cette fois Serbie, Kosovo, ONU, Etats-Unis, UE sont les protagonistes de cette nouvelle crise et seront donc les nouvelles cibles des cyber agressions.
